Chad is originally from Hillsborough, NC. He is a skilled, perfectionist with a creative perspective that can tackle any earth moving need. He began working in the Durham/Wake area with much success as a heavy machine operator. Chad worked on the excavation projects for the underground parking deck at the Raleigh Convention Center, the widening of US-1 in Cary, the widening of I-85 in Durham, all three phases of the Churton Grove Neighborhood in Hillsborough, as well as many other various projects during this time. Unfortunately, 2008/2009 brought about many challenges in the construction industry which led to his career shift as a live music venue manager. Over the years, Chad continued to help his friends and family with his abilities but always longed to be back in the industry. COVID-19 brought about economical distress much like 2008/2009, especially in the hospitality and service industry. The world seemed to stop on March 19, 2020, however for Chad - it began. By March 21, he was back to his niche with a vision in the making. When it comes to planning, execution, and results - I am no stranger to tackling any task at hand. As a former self-taught, professional bodybuilder - I can ensure that I will meticulously refine each project to satisfy you with our business process. I am from Burlington, NC and come from a long line of both construction and business professionals in Alamance County. After various management opportunities, I was in the dental field when COVID-19 came along which led to my resignation. Chad at the time was working for a company that needed office administrative help which is where I refined my skills while working in this industry. One year to the date of the initial lock down, we assessed our skillset and decided to turn his dream into a reality and took a leap of faith to start our own company.
